DBT ligand is nonfluorescent in solution, but emit strong fluorescence upon forming tight complex with the Myosotis RNA aptamer. The fluorescent RNA thus formed, Myosotis, is a brightest cyan fluorescent RNA tag currently availabe. Myosotis works well for visualization of RNAs of various species in E coli cells. 

Supplied as solid formulation. Reconstitute with DMSO (60 ul for S size, or 200 ul for L size as labeled on the vial) to make 1000X stock solutions.
