NBSI Ligands kit for Clivia fluorescent RNA

NBSI ligands are nonfluorescent in solution, but emits strong fluorescence upon forming tight complex with Clivia RNA aptamer.

NBSI fluorescence can be activated thousands fold by Clivia, enabling visualization of RNAs tagged with Clivia with the best signal/background contrast currently available.

This kit contain four vials of NBSI ligands (NBSI580, NBSI574, NBSI595，NBSI618) with different colors. They cover a wide range of emission wavelengths, named after the maximum emission wavelength.

Supplied as solid formulation. Reconstitute with DMSO (60 ul for S size) as labeled on the vial) to make 1000X stock solutions.

Customers should include positive control plasmids (PET2818MCS0 for E. coli or  PAPU618MCS0 for mammalian cells)  in their first order along with their choice of NBSI dyes; alternatively, customers may order the Clivia Fluorescent RNA starter kits (Cat#  PET2818KIT or  PAPU618KIT).
